Jemima Vivienne Woods was born on the 9th of November at 38 weeks. Reasonably chunky at 7lbs9. Mum and baby are doing really well and we are all settled back at home.

I wont be biking for a wee while which ties in with well with an epic spell of bad weather so its nice being cooped up at home. I may still however still make it to the film next week.

See you all soon.

Congratulations!

Maybe this will help burn some of the excess energy you always seem to have on rides!
