Hi guys, I came across this site whilst looking for trails so joined up to say hello.

Ive just got back into biking after a 15 year gap and picked up a new bike a few weeks ago and heading to Danbury tomorrow.

Im very out of practise so any tips would be helpful.

Well I have returned from my 1st ever proper ride and although I didnt hit a tree, I did come off. was a great day though and will be a regular thing for sure.

15 years ago id not come across anything like the Danbury trails to be fair and with a bit more padding and some time on the bike should see a big improvement in my riding
