Hl all thought id come say hi,my name is ray and im 45. after getting over a really bad car crash i no now life is worth living too the full, been on my bike for 4 weeks now but just go out on my own hope too join you all some time as i need to be shown the ropes cheers

Also maybe try and get over to Leigh on a Monday for this...

We also try to get out every Sunday, either a local one (Hadleigh or Hockley) or sometimes meet up with one of the other rides :)
