Back in to riding after a stint away, still love it. Been to Thetford and Broxbourne and local XC rides in Harlow, Essex and surrounding areas. Getting the stamina back but need to up the technical skills, rock gardens and stuff. Looking to ride Bike Park Wales in spring 2015 so need to pick my game up.

Book yourself in for a training day at BPW that way you get two visits. Good value too.
