Going Cannock on Sunday for an all day jornt (2 laps with a spot of lunch inbetween) with my brother. Have not been before but trails are sign posted. All welcome.

Well i ended up doing a loop of the dog and monkey before a spot of lunch followed by another loop of the dog (as well as the first and last climb and decent of the monkey). My god is the place good fun but hard work, next time two loops

Those short sharp climbs really take it out of you, i do love it there though.
