I felt that it was my fault as you can see that I stopped due to getting stung by a large Wasp on the inside of my leg ! Felt a sharp pain & looked down to see the little fooker stinging me! "Shouted" pulled the stinger out & looked up to see Spence
Taking time out! :?

Didn't fill me with confidence as I felt the runs & berms seemed very "loose" and quite skiddish! (Front wheel wash out)

Also see I of the rangers using a leaf blower on the "switch backs" to try and remove some of the loose gravel& dirt! Did create a rather large smoke screen lol!

Wonder if it will chew drivetrains in winter conditions :?:

I said before that I think the kitty litter needs time to blow off as it's very slippery...

And Spence - don't worry, I went over the top of those berms after going into them a little too hot... I made it most of the way down and the last one I just thought feck it and went over the top...

Liking the Hadleigh vids above, can't believe its nearly open at last.
Finally got the Bird Aeris delivered this week after ordering last year. Took it for a first spin around Warley and Thorndon to see if anything would fall off. Nice dry rooty trails, and some new bits of singletrack seem to be growing here and there. Loving it so far.

Lovely bike mate. Keep an eye on the pivot bolts though, the Army enduro team are running these for this season and they have had issues with some bolts coming loose.
