I'm pretty sure Steve didn't book, he hasn't mentioned it on here?

Tyre pressure is firm Bradley. Thats all I can say, never used a gauge!

Great Trip, great place, great company., so glad I went. Was what I always wanted out of a trip like this (except that bloody rocky corner! you know the one I mean  )

What a day !!!

Good to meet you all and a milestone for me: Downhill like I have never DH before (and I didn't need a Nappy....). Sorry I left earlier I just felt that it was just right for a first time.

Hope to meet you all on future rides.

Crash mentioned that there is someone in the Forum that does MTB training and I might be interested in taking a few courses on jumps, turns etc.

Yep, a great day out. Thanks for organising Law. Good to meet new people and glad all the Cwmcarn virgins had a blast!

Worked out well having two uplifts running, turnaround was really quick. Came down and jumped straight onto the bus a couple of times.

Darn police on the M4 bridge just before leaving Wales - if only someone had warned about them :( ;)

Had such a good day, cheers gents!

Trip back was horrible. 5 and half hours in the van thanks to the m40 and a12 issues.
