After riding at the venue and speaking to Alvar the guy that maintains it last saturday i'd really recommend that absolutely everybody goes along to this event if they can, the place is a maze of lines of varying degrees of difficulty and mostly everything has a chicken run (everything that needs one has one) which on the day will probably be faster although less entertaining than hitting the jumps, even if you dread the thought of racing, do it for yourself at your own speed for the experience and i'm 100% sure the atmosphere will be one to cherish as the place although being just a bundle of lines (like danbury) down a field and then into a small wood is fun, really fun and having a 'race line' taped out means you can just session the line and hey ho you get a speed recorded at the end of it - result !!!

The tables are big enough to pop over, float oveer, roll over, or blast the heck out of ! one or two will need attention as they have quite a built up and sharp decent transition probably from when they were doubles (that's what caught me out and shot me over the following one out of control LOL) but everyone will be running the same line and dealing with the same conditions, really gutted i wont be there, but i will be back there as soon as i can just for a day out, think Danbury but twice as long with twice as much !

LOL its massive but annoyingly having seen Andy clear it i understand when Alvar and Both both say as long as you have enough speed to clear the table before it you can just sail over it with no real effort, i was all set to go but ended up on my head further up the hill, next time for sure...

oh yeah climbing the start ramp is a mission... LOL

As Jon says a wicked place to ride
Will be a very fun day
The race line is entertaining without being impossible for rookies so def get involved regardless of experience
Will be a good atmosphere with so many familiar riders down there!
I'm getting my broken lever sorted Saturday morning so I'm all ready to go!
