I'd second the recommendation of UK Bike Skills! You will not regret spending the cash, best investment in my riding I ever made

A little off topic but has anyone done any of the ones that Tom Dowie runs at Chicksands, thinking about booking his 4x one to mainly get my cornering sorted out?

Heard good things about Tom - he used to work with Tony - both are good options.

I'm going to Surry hills tomorrow afternoon and I was wondering which is better, Westcott trail or Peaslake. I need to ride my bike there and they're both 2.7 miles I think. If anyone is interested i'm leaving from waterloo. Thanks

Both are good starting points. Peaslake is more central for the trails while Westcott is closer to Dorking station.

Good starting points for trail advice are the local bike shops, Nirvana Cycles in Westcott and Pedal and Spoke in Peaslake. Most of the trails are plotted on Strava too.

If I had to pick one id say Peaslake. Its more in the middle of stuff, and there are always bikers hanging around there. Plus the village shop does cracking pastry!

Haha thank you so much, I'm on the train now so perfect timing. yeah I don't mind if peaslake is a little further especially if a cracking pastry is involved.

Sounds interesting, let us know how you get on. I fancy travelling a bit further afield. Ive ridden to Danbury quite a few times, its about 6 miles or so from South Woodham Ferrers station.
