I live in a flat with no external water supply and recently acquired the 18V Nomad portable pressure washer.

Best MTB related bit of kit I ever bought. Ride so much more now because cleaning the bike is so easy.

Can use it to wash the car as well.

Evil recomeded those kitchen wipes to me, as a good way of giving it that final clean, for the places that a hose wont reach

I live on the 13th floor of a block of flats, and have done for years and have have found an ingenious way of cleaning my bikes.

1 - Really muddy = gets a gentle clean down at local jet wash (not heavily sprayed though), then home for a polish
2 - Light mud = Bike goes in the bath (front wheel off, fits a treat).... Wife frowns, but hey ho.
3 - Dusty = Gets a wipe down and polish in the hall way
