Maybe you need to couple this bracket with a wall mount version and then you'd be able to spin it about?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170787190509? ... 1436.l2649

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330709448866? ... 1436.l2649 This is the same as many others with different names.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160774862794? ... 1436.l2649 Prob same as above but with tray

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150544733103? ... 1436.l2649 These are ment to be good but not sure about the splayed legs, could end up tripping on em

Get the last one on your list. most of them have a flip thing to tighten down on you frame (like a quick release) the last one has a nob to tighten down. the qr ones brake quickly and the nob is easyer to judge how tight you are doing it up. we ave had a LIDL one as a second one in the shop to see how long it lasted. it still going after a year. mega value

My only concern with that one was the splayed legs possibly getting in the way?
