How's it going Andy? Yes m8 there's nothing like crashing in comfort to be able to get back up and walk away. Have you been out riding at all?

Been out lots locally, did coaching day on Olympic Xc track, it's gonna be cool, some real nice dh runs, and there are other tracks built just outside the main course. Had a few trips to Danbury and also Aston Hill which was impressive. Off to Morzine in summer :)

I'll have to get up to the Olympic track I didn't realize they were making some downhill runs. Aston Hill still on the hit list too. Morzine, now your making me jealous sounds like you've got a good year for biking ahead of you ;)

Olympic track will be open to public next year, they are/have moved some of the rocks and added new runs with berms, etc I did coaching day with hadleigh mtb club and was impressed at the dh bits :) and cocked up the 8 foot rock gap jump but somehow stayed on and survived....been looking at links above, might get some thinish D30 type armour.
