Great ride today 6 riders - yep 6 mid week - wow! - and a rootin tootin up down in out warm up loop before the whipps x tea run, sorted by Ninja - a legend! Cottie (laura) is riding like a demon after just 3 epping adventures, even starting to like roots (a little) - respect!
Looking forward to the next one

Good ride yesterday, as Alan say's 6 rider's for a thursday was wicked. Can't believe Laura's improvement in only 3 ride's, brilliant stuff well done. Jon I haven't a clue how to explain the loop yet but it does incorporate the outer ridge of loughton camp I think its called the 50p bit or something like that then we go back up past the bottom of ferero roche up the rooty bit on to the bastard, gile's leap the off camber downhill the gentle climb up then cross the road to finish. We start behind the pub the rest I dont know how to explain. I can't remember the car park names. Will have to look it up lol
