Cool, i sometimes ride the small wood area by newhall. It's tiny but the kids have made some good jumps there!

Good stuff, when I'm in the mood I sometimes I ride from home along the top footpath past the watertower, through the woods, down to the river, then Stortford & back.

Hi everyone. I will do some offtopic here, sorry but as you see I am brand new in the forum and almost as new in London.
I can't make it for Thursday but I hope I can make it to some of the weekend rides. My question is how do you get to Epping without a car ?
Can you actually go on the rail or the central line with a MTB ? or there are some extra charges ?
I am from NW part of London.

Cheers

Hey stykiaz - there is a bit of info here http://www.essexhertsmtb.co.uk/riding_spots.php but basically

There are trains to Chingford from London Liverpool Street. That might be your best bet - then hop on one of the fire rioads and you can be up at high beech in 20 mins or so.
