Think I might be back on the anti-biotics again after today. My chest is ruined, couldn't resist sun and dusty trails though.

I got cramp in both thigh's when I was in the pool, I had No2 in my arms and she was wondering wtf was going on?

Sorry guys I missed out. Got up way too late (11am). Still went out rode from gants hill to whips x (thought I might catch you there) then on to high beach. And back again. Kept getting lost. What should have been an aprox 3hr round trip and about 20km took me 4 1/2 hours (but did soak some sun up at high beach) all completed in about 30km. Don't think I will attempt that on my own again.

Were you lot the large group messing around on the log?

Only very quickly on the way back to car park, breath back and kept going, was getting late by then.
