You have the bell hotel by the traffic lights on the epping new road, which faces opposite theydon road and forest gate Inn. Turn into theydon road there I think there is a R/H bend then L/H bend then an opening into the carpark on the right.

Go past the Forrest Inn - around bend then unmade road on the right ( approx 400 mtrs)
