I really liked the course would have like it more if other trying to get passed on single trail. Spent a lot of time riding the edge of track to let other passed as breathing down my neck.. Though it was a race I’m not a racer maybe that will come with time!

I did a practices lap was riding from 10 – 12mph Think that what killed me only did two laps in race and stopped once so that good going for me. Back was killing me on first lap going to have to look at some back exercises or do more than two classes of Pilates :o

So three laps in all Av speed 8.5. MSG Team had event well planed, Just waiting for Photos and time laps to be uploaded.

Didn't see Noel did you ride ?

The course was bone dry today, the down hill section over the grass was fun, and then the the last section down through the woods, I was hitting 22 mph through there just before going back up the hill, couple of kids tried passing befre the bridges but didn't

Really enjoyed this course, bet the 2nd race was hot....
