Yeah...i got badly stuck on the train thats why no XC. Got on the train at 5.10 and made it to Chelmsford at 8pm...packed and standing. I've been commutting to London for 10yrs and this was the worse journey. Could not make it to Danbury till 9. Glad I had Shelfside's number.

The beers at the cricketers are on me next week lads.

Lots of carnage and laughter going on last night. John managed to punch a hole right into his lower fork leg. Marco bust a chain twice and Andy d snapped a quick release of his 40's and Nwlarge popped his shoulder out! Made for a much more fun night ! Apart from andy's shoulder that is!

Eventful evening but I feel somewhat guilty now. Only if I had made it, we could have stopped a bit earlier and done the XC loop instead (although some of you may prefer the pain)

The shoulder is pretty damn sore today, very grateful of the assistance getting the bike in the car and the armour off!
