Hello All

I'm back to this forum after a while living down Swinley way - I'm now based in Herts.

Used to ride Thorndon with a few of you back before I moved. After I moved I started riding in Swinley but then now mostly ride in the Surrey Hills (which isn't that feasible anymore as it's so far away).

Anyway, I'm wondering if any groups go over Woburn at weekends - It's near enough for me from where I am but I'm told it's a bit tricky to navigate if you don't know it well. Promise I won't hold you up....

Thanks
Sarah

Hello Spence (forum names always did get me confused - is that Spence?). Now, are you referring to a mega crash I had on my face once? Or that I then started wearing a full face (which I don't anymore) or are you saying I'll need my full face for Woburn??? :)

I'm based in Herts and also interested in exploring Woburn, as never been before.

Also, if anybody fancies a ride in East Herts (Broxbourne Woods or Welwyn/Bramfield way) let me know. It's been a while since I organised rides earlier in the year.

Im based in Hertford, and in the past have started group rides from there before.
Was thinking of going out for a ride on Saturday morning, 2 hours-ish.
If anyone wants to come along, I can meet them at Parliament Square in Hertford at 9am.
Stephen (aka the consultant), riding a silver Specialized stumpjumper.

Hey - haven't ridden Woburn since the start of the year but know a good mix of the trails. Its sandy so usually a winter destination for me. Last time out we did this route which might give you some ideas. - see pic below

This strava heatmap also outlines a lot of the main trails
