I have some bas news! I went down to Warley Gap jumps and DH runs etc today and to my dismay it has all been levelled!

I was taking my 5 year old some with his spade and broom to teach him the virtues of 'no dig, no ride' and hopefully would meet up with a few of the riders down there as I have been out injured for four months!

There is a new DH track brewing there too which you can see in the second image. I can barely keep up with all the stuff appearing.

Mark here. Getting back into cycling after 14 months off. Most of my experience has been on the road but I've had a specialized FSR XC since 2008. My lay off was due to type 2 diabetes that I failed to control or except due to a combination of ego and disbelief. I've now decided to get back in the saddle as jogging is so boring! I live in Stanford Le Hope so ...

Orienteering on mountain bikes... looks like it could be a lot of fun :)

You get given a map with the check points and a time limit... 2 or 3 hours and off you go.
