Oh and i aplogise about the quality and the angle

 Yea I've got such delights as Central London two days then Dunton BasildonStill they always change the course after the week day blast So I'll take me chances on race day with the morning recce then the race it's self....Where abouts is this Codham Park in Braintree anyway... I lived in Great Notley Village for three years
