Hi all, anyone up for a hill training session at Epping Forest? I'd like to try "The Bastard".
Noel, are you coming, right?

6pm at Whipp Cross hospital roundabout (preferable for me)or at the usual place in High Beach?

Last time I couldn't find any hill :crazy: so don't rely on my knoledge of the area :eh:

Yes mate, I have been working on the hill climb route, so if anyone else is keen please join us. Its a loop that allows you to sit out every other climb if you feel you can't keep up, but also allows the faster people to keep going at their pace.

This is general area we cover, its not big, but lots of climbing and loads of spots to stop and wait for the group to come around and pick you up again.

Would be good to do maybe on a weekend if possible...
