Out and about on Saturday a.m. onwards, but yet to decide on location. Possibly Danbury / Woburn or Epping depnds on the weather :)

R u also riding on sunday?
has to be epping for me as I cant do the big stuff yet (I did a very small jump last week and still regret it)

Yeah , riding Epping Sunday mate. Don't push yourself on the jumps, take it slowly, otherwise Yolande will give you even more pain!!!

I know but I couldn't resist it.

I won't be riding tomorrow. shoulder is getting worse last two of days.
