HIya

I am starting up the hill training again! Anyone keen to join me please get in touch.

1-1.5 hours, at a steady pace, nothing too hardcore.

Anyone up for it? Its a loop, so you can drop out at any time or sit out one and pick up the next loop.

6 or 6:30 am Fri?

It would be nice to start a regular Essex Herts training ride. :D
