Post subject:  Thorndon - any tips?

I'm heading to Thorndon on Saturday morning - are there any areas to aim for? I've never ridden there before. All help appreciated!

Ta,
Steve

It's two of us - both fairly competent and on hardtails. Just some decent trails with a little challenge. I'm useless on DJs at the moment, but getting more confident when I go Bedgebury! I'd ride at 9am but he's going to be hungover so I doubt we'll be there until 10am!

Thanks for the help.

I like a bit of mud - my Storm Controls grip best when it's boggy. Thanks for the warning!

My hungover friend decided against going, so as I like in Hornchurch (he's Brentwood), I just went for a ride over the country park in Hornchurch to the short MTB track next to Dover's Corner, Rainham and did a couple of laps.

Sweet - at least you got out - all to tempting to stay in under cover with the weather as it is - such a buzz when you do get out however :)
