Hardwork Karve, but enjoyable all the same, need to get the fitness up and only getting out will improve it. Getting to pole hill and back is as much as I can handle at the moment just such a slog. |

7.30pm Tuesday might be fine for me - depends if I manage to get a place on the circuit training class at Loughton leisure centre - if not, I'll be riding. Will let you know for definite tomorrow |
