An easy xc ride is planned over Thorndon on Sunday. It's going to be an easy one for those of us who haven't been out on the bikes in a while and for those of us who don't like slogging it through Epping clay.
We're planning on meeting in the South carpark for 9.30.

Hi Greg

Not been out in months...so easy XC is sounding good. Busy this sunday unfortunately but hoping to be back in the saddle soon.

Not much traffic on Eppinghardcru anymore I see, are most of the arrangements done on here now ?

Cheers
Rich

Yeah the ehc seems dead and I will be posting here from now on.

Yes I'm back...well nearly anyway. Please kill off all alter egos!

Nipper is fine, nearly 11months old now and crawling around like a nutter, wont be long before hes on a bike!

I understand you've got one too now Jon, congratulations ?

Greg - I should be up for the 27th, although Im working on a basis of no guarantees at the mom, as you know you can't take sleep for granted! Is Mini G number two on the way ?

Mini Lady G is on the way at the end of March, start of April so less sleep again as you know. Mini G number 1 is getting on really well on his balance bike, he loves the uphills but hasn't learnt to stop properly so downhill is still to come lol.
Let me know about the 27th, I'll post up if I can get out too.
Laser we do ride North to Fords. We usually ride up from Donkey Lane Plantation to Fords which is about half way round on our route.

Digging and jump/drop off built out of wood.

Not a 09:30 start this week as some I was riding with have blown out as of family stuff. I should be North part round 10:00\30 ish as ride up from train station.

edit:
My route Holdens wood \ Gap \ over to Ellens wood \ Devil head cross wood to kent wood loop back over to Devil head
then down to little warley common heading over to South runs by lake. Then heading back passed Thorndon Hall to north.

Only if I had a GPS tracker :D

We'll still be riding despite of the rain today. It looks like it won't be raining tomorrow and Thorndon drains well so should still be pretty rideable.
