We'll be doing the Thurrock loop on Saturday (I think a decent sized group again).

Leaving Bannatynes Chafford Hundred about 0930 (Bannatyne's Health Club, Howard Road, Chafford Hundred, Essex, RM16 6YJ).

Plan is to do the 20 or so mile loop taking in a tea/coffee break at the RSPB centre in Purfleet (they also do a mean sausage roll).

Would estimate that we'll be back to the gym by about 1230.

This is a mainly flat run, nothing technical at all - social leg stretcher really.

Never experienced the delights of Thurrock and Purfleet.
As long as it does not involve time travel , count me in.
