Hi Guys,

Have been out of action for weeks and weeks and weeks but am hopefully back on it now...

So tomorrow night I'll be doing the weekly night ride again on the Thurrock loop.

It's very dry now and so getting faster and faster - though it will still suit any and all that want to give it a go.

It's 23 or so miles from Bannatynes gym on Chafford Hundred, through Ockendon/Belhus/Hornchurch/Rainham/Purfleet/Little Thurrock and then back to the gym.

We leave at 19:30 and are normally back by 21:30.

Lights are still needed!

I've not been riding for a few weeks so I'll need both my lungs...
