Hi few of us ride Thorndon quite a lot,weekends & also mid week!As said not quite Lake District but some good trails through out!

New to this site, have moved to Brentwood a couple of weeks ago and keen to stretch my legs. Origianlly from Peak District and used to hills, not that there are many down here. Keen to explore what the area has to offer. Been riding for 20 years or so, mostly XC bit of downhill. Would like any suggestions on good rides in the area. Thanks. |

Welcome, keep an eye on the calendar - top right, day rides and away trip information can be found in there and check out the trails tab for location info. |

Theres a regular ride over thorndon on the sunday (don't even post up about it anymore) if you can make that date, meet at the go karting track at 945 for 10 start. Lots of good stuff over thorndon and its been drying up nicely. |

Excellent, will see if I can get a pass from the boss, think she had a trip to Ikea planned for Sunday, but bike bonding will have to take precedence! Will try to get over for 9:45. Thanks. |
