Was a great little run and great to be shown around by someone who knows the forest. Thanks for the organizing, hope to run with you guys again soon

Yo - nice to meet some new faces today and catch up with the old.... glad it turned out to be fun. Thanks for being the guinea pigs for this. Im sure the next one will be a bit more streamlined.

Results below - I think we had 10ish on the ride but not everyone was recording times. In retrospect I think any more that 10 may well be difficult to coordinate so thats one thing learnt. Usual Jon bullets below.

  • Holy cow was it hot... maybe ill pick a slightly milder time of year next time
  • One stage wasn't recorded as the end point got a bit mixed up. It was a 2-3 minute stage.
  • If anyone got lost I just gave them the slowest time that was posted on that stage
  • timcahill1 thanks for your bit of marshalling
  • Majik followed KC1 down most runs... im sure thats worth a few seconds ;)

or maybe bring your format to another venue? i'm sure i could link 5 stages in Danbury?

Gutted I missed this cos I was looking forward to it. I have tennis elbow and whilst I can usually manage with it, I did three hours of archery on Saturday and when I woke up Sunday morning it was really painful. I did try to come over as I throught I'd at least be able to help out with the timings, or marshal a bit, but I had to turn round and go back home.

Sounds like it was a lot of fun.

High light of the ride was the cycle cross guy stacking it in front of us and then blameing an imagenery stick as the cause
