Setting off from Bannatynes Gym at 19:30.

Bannatyne's Health Club
Howard Road
Chafford Hundred
Essex
RM16 6YJ

We'll do the Thurrock loop with one or two of the trails along the way. Expect something like 25 miles over two hours.

The route is fairly flat and has no technical bits at all really - it's a fitness run! That being said it's a nice XC dash ;)

It'd be good to get a decent group together especially as the nights are getting lighter and hopefully warmer/dryer!

PM me if you've any questions :D

After working most of the weekend I was planning to head to bedgebury tomorrow morning but as its half closed and likely to be soggy after 24 hours of rain im probably going to do a loop from Upminster to the rspb as long as its not to wet in the morning

It's supposed to start raining just as we want to go out and play tomorrow... it may be the case that I don't bother but I'll look at the weather in the morning ;)

I'm going to try to get over there next Wednesday night for the club ride. It starts at 19:00 though so tight for me...

I'll be doing Upminster to Ingrebourne Hill in the morning if it isn't pissing it down.
