after working most of the weekend I was planning to head to bedgebury tomorrow morning but as its half closed and likely to be soggy after 24 hours of rain im probably going to do a loop from Upminster to the rspb as long as its not to wet in the morning

I'll be doing Upminster to Ingrebourne Hill in the morning if it isn't pissing it down.

Damm would've meet up with you two if i see this post earlier, did a solo loop of stapleford tawney! :?

If it doesn't rain I'll be doing the Upminster to Ingrebourne Hill again at 7ish.

Hi all,
Had a run in or should I say run through a works barrier yesterday.
I am as battered as the the barrier . (It is in bits on the floor.)
It lowered on my head . I protected the bike as best I could .Fortunately I was on my expensive road bike .
Will not be out tonight either.

Hi,
Looking to geet a replacement bike /hat / clothes and injuries claim/ so no comment....
I am at work visiting the medical as and when neccessary.
Wish I could get a video of it as it could of gone viral on the web.
Got witnesses and a bits of gate to prove it all.
It was like a level crossing gate with the swinging bits under the bar.
Good job I had my helmet on (racing one .) deflected it onto the rest of me and the bike .
I am now a gate crasher -good for parties . P... is being taken out of me at work but I am always up for a laugh anyway.
Looking forward to a Large Bacon sarnie in July....
I could do a re inactment at Rainham Railway stn.

Hi .
It came down when I was under it.
I was past the security hut and the guard must have looked up the road and reacted not seeing me.
It certainly has made the week go by quicker.
I am on nights again this week so seeing stars does not give a ture idea of if I am suffering or not.
LOL
I get the gate opened well in advance of me arriving now . Getting treated better than a MP. house the house of commons............
