I was going to have a run out tonight .
Finish work at 5.30
6.00 home
sort dog out
eat on the run
cycle 6 miles to lakeside.

Hi,
Was the only one there so did not miss anything.
30min from Rainham to Lakeside (flying)
Back via Davy Down- Really nice.
Home - take dog to ingrebourne hill and pond -Knats.
Home 10.00pm.
Lovely evening ride.
Sweat really heavy. put on wseight ????? (must have been the custard creams and crisps ) .
Nights for two weeks from Sunday so day rides only for me.
