I'll be setting off from the gym at 19:30 - want to keep a fairly fast pace... Bannatyne's Health Club Howard Road Chafford Hundred Essex RM16 6YJ I'll be aiming to be back by 21:00/21:30. Towards the end of the ride you'll want lights... Chafford Gym - Davey Down - Brannetts Wood - Long Pond - Running Water Woods - Cely Woods - Horchurch Country Park - Rainham Country Park - Rainham Marshes - Purfleet RSPB - Purfleet Thames Run - Under QE2 Bridge - Thurrock Thames - Lakeside - Chafford Gym 20/25 Miles depending on sidetracks and time needed tor wheezing on the side of the trail...
