This is really short notice, but I'm probably going to head out to Hertford Heath this afternoon. I am incredibly unfit so it will be a very gentle pace, but if anyone fancies coming along drop me a text on 07814 014 311. I'll ride across from Hertford, but could meet anyone coming from further afield at Hertford Heath village. |

Went out on Saturday with Steve the ITconsultant who posts on here. Started in Hertford headed north up Mangrove road and then before Goose Green drifted into Broxbourne Woods, came out by the back of Paradise park and then back in until we came to the back end of Goffs Oak. A brief road ride down the hill and then up to Newgate Street then off road again until Little Berko then after a nice little technical drop back onto a path into Letty Green then back to Hertford via Cole Green way. Did it in 2 hours and no doubt we can quicken that time. |

Went out again on Saturday. The trails are now riding really nicely - most of them are as dry as they're ever likely to get. Even found a new route I wasn't aware of (on the opposite side of the river to the 'rooty trail that runs by the river'). Will have to organise a proper ride in the near future. |
