OK, Monday night Thurrock Loop
Setting off from Bannatynes Gym at 19:30 and should take 2.5 hours at most.
Simple Thurrock Loop, 25 miles (ish). No nasty woods, trails and road only.
Chafford Hundred, Ockednon, Belhus, Horchurch, Rainham, Purfleet, Thurrock and back to Chafford Hundred.
Sounds hard but there will be plenty of chances for a break and the pace will be reasonable.
Lights are a must - not Cateye jobbies...
