When i asked how fit, lets be clear i didnt mean it in a brokeback mountain sort of way lol your lucky, im not allowed pies shall i suggest a time to work around? 9:30 at high Beach? |

Haha.... like it 9.30am where do you guys normally meet in High Beach, i myself usually right knighton and various parts of Epping but rarely done much in high beach. |

Im happy to try new i usually go from high beach which is where i know best, there is about 45 mins which i loop for a couple of hours. but im really happy to try new areas im not that fit but im keen Lester |

Pub, or next to the cafe i will be in a black jaguar saloon, bike car is being motd. im good at getting up so i will be on time, and im coming from stansted. hard tail or fs? |

Lester suggested I join in. Look forward to my first ever ride in EF. I will be in my blue 4x4 with a roofbox on top - can't miss me. I will be on a 29er too, the only bike I have
