Hi, Anybody doing loop on wed evening , Not got to be at work till 11.00pm so good chance of getting a run out. Bob ( I will take the dogs out during the day )

Hi, Weather turned bad in afternoon and I did not think you be going out. Nights this week but will have a go following week. Bit of a rush to get there maybe I can catch you coming through the belus park and come back from Lakeside. Bob

We leave Bannatynes Gym on Chafford Hundred at 19:30. It's normally around 22/25 miles and is a steady pedal round. You'll need lights and the ability to talk all the way round... David
