Group rides tend to be gentle anyway and only as fast as the slowest rider. Don't be afraid to put your hand up and join in. |

Hi steve , I try and ride most Sundays but with a young family and a career change on the go drop out some weeks it's my bday tomorrow so went out for a few beers = monster hangover today Should be out next Sunday if I can get my next essay done this week Adam |

I feel you on that one. Have a chemistry report to get finished and a 500 word essay. Keep me posted on meeting up at Danbury. Still waiting for a few items to turn up from Cycle UK. Going to try out a few places around the Colchester area just to break myself in gently. Got some pads (Knees/elbow) from Wiggle today, turns out the pads are skateboard pads (six, six, one). Looks like I'm taking up skateboarding, which at my age (42) is going to look like a mid-life crises lol !!! |
