Hi All, Running the Flitch way tommorow starting at braintree station at 10:30 am All welcome.. mostly flat route with a few gentle draggy gradients.. pace won't be hugely fast probably.. its about 30 miles end to end, Stopping midway for a sausage sandwich in the national trust place. |

Cant do the Saturday...its also going to be boggy at the halfway point in Dunmow.. nice slog fest... enjoy the ride... |
