Hi all
I have just entered this and wondered if any one else is doing it? :-)

Yes, I'm considering it. Not sure of which distance to enter yet, though. Running fitness good... bike fitness less so, at the moment.

Only two spaces left on the epic apparently, so best get in quick if fancy that one.
My fitness not great and have entered epic, but gives me a 6 week training goal to work to :-) ..... Well that's the plan

See you all there then :-)
anyone done them before? they look well organised?
How's it work on the day, do you get a time slot to set off at etc?

I did this one last year and it was well run with good facilities.

The feed stations were really well stocked but don't necessarily match up to where you might need a food boost, so pack flapjack & jelly babies etc.

You just turn up, get your number for the bike and put the timing sticker on your helmet, then just queue up when you're ready to go; the head off in 5 min batches.

I was 50/50 about this 2 weeks ago, then 2-3 days later when i decided to give it a go it had sold out. I shall be booking today/tomorrow the April 26th 25mile race in Dorking. I want that 'Finisher' shirt.

What does a 'gold time' look like for the epic course (32miles)?

Please don't say sub-3hours!! ;-)

Epic gold is around the 3h 40 or below mark.
