Did you test the drink in his bottle bugeye? The sercret to his timing could be there.

I was at the coffee & cake shop when the rain hit Danbury at 10am and it almost stopped by the time we got moving again. I did miss the bacon though.

Good ride, very good that we missed the rain.

Glad i improved on Avey Lane. I came second on hooks stones by a few seconds. So, queue the excuses: I was on slicks, i had too much air in the tyres, and there were dogs on the course :D

Will definitely be faster next time round, just have to try a bit harder!

The jump pracitse was fun, thanks for pointers Martin and Max :thumbup:

Just good old water in my bottle, and had no food at all today ;)

Whytey...Yep checked the drink bottle and it's just water as he says...

What he doesn't know is each ride I drop a bit of lead shot into the seat tube. He thinks the crank is a bit worn but really it's the lead shot rattling about. Give it another month or so and he won't be able to lift the bike :D
