Did you test the drink in his bottle bugeye? The sercret to his timing could be there. I was at the coffee & cake shop when the rain hit Danbury at 10am and it almost stopped by the time we got moving again. I did miss the bacon though. |

Good ride, very good that we missed the rain. Glad i improved on Avey Lane. I came second on hooks stones by a few seconds. So, queue the excuses: I was on slicks, i had too much air in the tyres, and there were dogs on the course  Will definitely be faster next time round, just have to try a bit harder! The jump pracitse was fun, thanks for pointers Martin and Max

Whytey...Yep checked the drink bottle and it's just water as he says... What he doesn't know is each ride I drop a bit of lead shot into the seat tube. He thinks the crank is a bit worn but really it's the lead shot rattling about. Give it another month or so and he won't be able to lift the bike
