Nothing much IN London but youll find a list of trails up top ^ that are all on the outskirts of London. Don't know much about bike rental, must be some shops that do... Evans and Cycle Surgery have lots of stores in London as do smaller independant shops. |

What type of riding ?. Theres some ok XC and semi-DH places nearish. |
