Howdy!

My name is Alex, and I am visiting a relative in Essex this week from San Diego, CA. I would love to check out some trails in the surrounding area, looks like some fun stuff! My normal rides here are about 500-600 meters elevation gain over about 20-24 Km, so I'm not quite a beginner. (Although riding in that strange mud stuff should be interesting! Would love to join a group ride this week or link up with a guide. My best day to ride would be this Thursday/Friday April 24/25. I'll be in Abridge to be exact. Dinner and beers on me for anyone that shows me around!

I will not have my bike, so any leads on hiring or demoing a decent full suspension or quality hardtail would be fantastic. My normal ride is a Yeti SB66. So 26inches and wide handlebars are my only major preference. Heck if someone on here has an extra rig, I'd much rather pay you the money rather than some shop with a shoddy rental.

Thanks, looking forward to riding in Essex!

So it looks like I will be riding out at Epping Forest this afternoon from about 1pm-4pm. Will be on a Kona hardtail from Go Further, bright orange jersey/orange POC helmet. Hope to meet some of you all on the trail!

Enjoy imfuller - its hard to find trails so all id suggest is if you see a gap in the trees follow it and its usually a trail!

Ill pm you something that might help

Might be a bit greasy out today
