Full loop this week, so; Start at gym Davey Down Belhus Woods Celey Woods Hornchurch Country Park Ingrebourn Hill Rainham Purfleet River Run (Thurrock) Back into gym Start is Bannatynes Gym, Chafford Hundred. Start time is 19:30 Length is longer than normal as we'll do it all - so 25 miles Duration 2+ hours You will need lights, I'll bring Haribo (if somebody can bring bananas or shrimps that would be ace). This is a longer ride but is still nothing more really than XC trails. David |

Hi all spotted this thread and would like to join you guys on a loop this weds evening. I'm from oop north (Yorkshire) and coming down to Thurrock for a 2 day training course. Digs on tues/weds night in bushy bit. Bringing a full sus trek (calling in at wales bike park on way back home) and good fitness but don't want to hold you guys up if youz all athletes!! I cant make it, im riding friday, football tomorrow so id best fit the missus in tonight  not sure im fit enough yet for the full loop anyway

No BMX bandits on show last night......Nice quick ride avg 11.2 (Garmin)......BIG up to Nick Tonks for the worlds fastest BB change, another top job done.... Roll on the next 1( 3 weeks for me).....Thanks Lads Shelfside |
