A few of us ride Epping most Sundays starting at 10:00.
I usually post up the ride on the Wednesday before when the weather forecast comes out.

OK guys, I'm newish to the area (tottenham) and looking to go up to Epping on the weekend of 11/12 Oct. I have no idea of any routes or access to maps etc. (ideas would be helpful) I'm 43yrs average fitness riding a Carrera kraken. If anyone except complete nutters/fruit loops is interested in a ride out, please message me. Cheers Mike |

I'm interested in the next Sunday Epping ride too. Are there any slower riders there though as I have to manage my pace and take breaks after a heart attack. |
