It's been tooo long I'm suffering withdrawal symptom's....... Anyone want to join me on a usual Thursday ride & pint???? Need to ride even with the mud around now. Usual small car park 7ish for 7:30 start-ish.... |

Pint with the dinner! I feel sick again. No worries mate. My headache is gone but i feel a bit weak. I would have not been up for a pint after the ride. Beer and champaigne was a bad mix. Never drink that bubbly shite again. In a way, I am glad i am not missing out . Maybe i go for a gentle ride around in town....towards MacD and back.
