Well that was good fun, got home in record time round the north circ.. :D

My legs though that's another story, aching and sore would be an understatement.. :lol: :lol:

Thanks for showing us around, real gentleman, I do ache, my arse hurts, lungs a bit tender but enjoyed nearly every second.. Mark thanks for wing my wing man, will have to meet up some time...

Must be time for Avery lane then in Epping now... Not been up it for a few months, so it needs conquering again. :-)

It's muddy but still worth riding, hasn't reached the quagmire stage yet :D

Still fun in Epping. Front wheel went off due to clumsiness but nothing happened. Only niggle trails after the break were a bit tame? Too much doubletrack?

Yeah, Avey Lane hasn't been smashed in a while. Last time we did it was during the muddy season when we instead rode the Lee Valley towpath (and the bacon stop of course). Keen to see how much my climbing has improved in my short 12/13mths of MTB life.

I am not around this weekend though but I will keep an eye on the post.
