Been racing though busy and Spain work and the chickens.
I need to change the week to 8 or 9 days long to fit it all in .
Have been riding with Spencer a few times , he is out sick till Jan 15.
Looking forward to next year . Got to get fit .

Booked 4 hr 40 + 10.30 start time . First race for a while as hols and work .

going to be hard work . How long are the laps , can not remember .

Round 1 results go from about 25 minutes a lap to 40+ for the 4 hour race. I only entered the 2 hour race (more of an outing for me) as long as i finish i will be happy. Hopefully will have my bike fixed in time, don't fancy doing it with the 4 gears i have available right now.

HI signed up for the next three 4 hour races . not fit ,last year 1 hour lap 4 laps . Hopefully do better .40 plus in it so should be competative .

I have been told the laps are normally 6-7 miles each. Don't know what the going will be like, wet and sticky maybe. Read on a forum they have been out strimming some of the route so i guess its not a well established trail. Have to wait and see.

Hi Folks,

Entered the 2 hr. 40+. My race number is 87 so if you see a white boardman, no 87 and a red camel bak say hello! Last race was 6 miles per lap. This track looks like a different one(different start location in the forest). Last race got very muddy in last 2 laps so will be bringing a mud tyre (decide on the day to fit or not).

Remi, where are you hiding and don't use your wife and kids as an excuse. Maybe I should introduce you to road biking and improve your fitness!!!

Scarper good to see you at the start line. Bob, sorry I didn't see you but well done for completing 4 hr.
Finished 53 out of 91 in 2 hr vet (I think I need to get fitter!!!). Course a lot flatter than round 1 no bomb holes to content with. I fitted mud tyre on front but it wasn't as muddy at round 1. A lot safer as well only witnessed one fall.

But the single biggest mystery is where is Whytey??? Come on mate---don't tell me you crashed sometime ago and are recovering because you certainly can't use the wife and kids excuse :roll:

OMG someone tell me why i entered this...... 2 1/2 hours of pain :crazy: where do i sign up for the next 1? Course was just shy of 7 miles, pretty firm although a few places got boggy after the first lap. Placed 79, not great but i finished which was the goal for my first bike race ever. Gives me something to beat next time :thumbup: Bike stayed in 1 piece which is more than can be said for me, separated a muscle in my knee, but nothing that won't heal. All in all a good day with just 1 heavy downpour of rain and some funky music played over the PA system :wtf:

How many laps .
Should have seen it at 4 hours .PAINFULL was asked if I wanted to do another lap as I had 1 min before cut off . Should have seen my face ..... Cramp both legs Pedal , pedal pedal . no rest .
